How long it takes for my purchase to be processed?

The packages will be sent within the same day, whenever possible (Payment is acknowledged and the purchase is done before 13:00PM). 

If the product or package needs some preparation, we'll deliver it to the currier (GLS) within the next 24/48h. 

We'll always try our best to make it within the same day. That's why we prepare products and packages in advance.

How many days it will take to be delivered

Depending on where you live, and what product you purchase.
Small products (OutHanger, LightKarrier) can make it between the next 24/48h after we deliver it to the courier.

The TrunkKarrier, due to its dimensions, can't fit the 24h delivery drag belts, and therefore they take extra time, it may take up to 72h.

My country does not appear in the drop down menu

If your country does not appear or it can't be selected, it's because unfortunately we still can't deliver it there.

About the packaging

Although we would love to use personalized packaging (in fact, we have it designed for all our products), nowadays the amount of cardboards and boxes that we throw away due to the online shopping is massive, therefore we'll use recycled material for some of our shippings/products whenever possible. 

The packages will be always identified with our stickers.
